Please read below to understand our policies and standards. All members are required to adhere to these in our office.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you — and we honor that time intentionally. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice (48 hours for First Visit) so another family can step into that space. Missed or same-day canceled appointments may be subject to a fee, as consistency and commitment help us keep your care flowing and our community running smoothly. You can schedule or make changes through our online booking link, by text, or by calling the office.

Your first visit is all about you — your story, your goals, and helping us understand what your body truly needs. To honor your time and make the most of your appointment, please complete all intake paperwork before arriving. This allows us to stay fully focused on connection, conversation, and getting your exam and scans performed without rushing. We ask that this appointment be distraction-free — please plan to come solo so we can give our full attention to your care and create the calm, grounded space your nervous system deserves.

We value flow — in your body and in your schedule. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in and be ready to receive care. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within your reserved time, but your visit may need to be shortened or rescheduled so we can stay on time for other members.

We’re a family-centered space, and we truly love when everyone comes in together. Children are always welcome — we just ask that parents help keep little ones close and safe during adjustments. This helps us maintain a calm, connected environment for all families in the office.

We are a cash-based practice, allowing us to focus on personalized care rather than insurance limitations. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cards, cash, and most HSA/FSA accounts. Any prepaid packages or memberships are designed to support your consistency and savings. These are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may have an expiration date to encourage steady care and results.

Our memberships are built to support your wellness rhythm — whether you’re maintaining pregnancy flow, keeping your little one balanced, caring for your whole family, or hitting PRs in the gym. Memberships auto-renew monthly on the 1st or 15th of the month, unless otherwise noted. You may change memberships or cancel after 3 months with written advance notice - 7 days before your next billing cycle. Missed visits within a month do not roll over, as consistent care is what makes all the difference in your results.

You can reach us by text, phone, or email — whatever’s easiest for you. We do our best to respond within one business day. Please note that we cannot provide medical advice or emergency guidance via text or email. If you have an urgent concern, always contact your healthcare provider or call emergency services.

We love celebrating our practice members and sharing their stories! Occasionally, we capture photos or videos in the office to highlight the amazing community we’re building. We will always ask your permission before sharing any image or testimonial publicly. If you prefer not to be featured, just let us know — no questions asked.
