A subluxation is an area of your spine where the bones have shifted and are causing stress to the nervous system. Chiropractors locate and correct these areas.

We are a cash-based practice, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. This allows us to create individualized, wellness-focused care without the limitations of insurance networks or visit restrictions.
Many of our practice members find this model actually saves them time, stress, and even money in the long run — and we’re happy to provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) if you’d like to submit for potential reimbursement.

An adjustment should not typically hurt. Patients may experience soreness after the first adjustment. Keep in mind how long it took you to get to the place you are at right now. It will take time to work through the layers to get it resolved!
-
We take a nervous-system based approach where we identify the root cause of your dysfunction. We use an objective measure that is unique, called the Insight Scanner that measures your HRV, thermal changes along the spine, and surface EMG for spinal nerve function.

Every baby is subluxated after birth. Things that cause subluxation include thoughts, toxins, and traumas. Babies are exposed to those before they are born, through the mom. To give them the best start to life, every baby should be checked and adjusted as needed by a pediatric certified chiropractor.
Children need ongoing chiropractic care because thoughts, toxins, and traumas don’t stop. Every child will be exposed to them ongoing, which will keep them needing chiropractic care to erase the effects from the body so it doesn’t turn into signs and symptoms of dysfunction.

Seconds after birth! It is important to note that newborn and infant adjustments do not include any rotation or forceful movements - meaning there is no twisting / popping / cracking.
Our pediatric certified chiropractors have additional education and training to properly evaluate your baby for nervous system tension, and treat it accordingly.
Most babies fall asleep during their adjustments!

Hands down, absolutely, YES! Webster technique isn’t about pain. It is about balancing mom’s pelvis and sacrum to ensure there is not torque or tension pulling on the uterus (as it directly attaches to the sacrum and pelvis bones).
What does that mean?
That means that the position and motion patterns of mom’s body affects the shape of baby’s room (the uterus) which in turn affects their entire environment. Webster technique is not pain-based, but it IS balance-based and balance is important when you’re talking pregnancy + birth! -
You might be surprised how much your little one’s body goes through — even in those first few days of life. Birth is beautiful, but it’s also one of the most physically demanding experiences your baby will ever have. Whether your birth was fast, long, vaginal, or by C-section, the process can create tension or misalignments in your baby’s spine and nervous system.
Gentle chiropractic care helps support your baby’s ability to eat, sleep, and grow comfortably by ensuring their body can communicate and function the way it was designed to. Many moms notice improvements in things like:
Difficulty latching or feeding on one side
Digestive discomfort or gassiness
Trouble sleeping or seeming “fussy” without clear reason
Head turning preference or flat spots developing
Infant adjustments are incredibly gentle — about the same pressure you’d use to test a tomato for ripeness — and tailored specifically for their tiny, growing bodies.
Ultimately, it’s about giving your baby the best start possible by helping their body unwind from birth, grow in alignment, and thrive as they hit each new milestone.

It’s actually pretty common to feel a little tired or sore after an adjustment — especially if it’s your first one or it’s been a while since your last.
Your body is releasing tension and shifting into balance, which means your muscles, ligaments, and nervous system are adjusting to a new, healthier alignment. Think of it like doing a gentle workout — your body just moved differently, and it’s learning this new, more efficient pattern.
Feeling tired can also be a sign that your body is moving from “fight or flight” into a calmer, healing state. That’s a good thing! Most people notice that any soreness fades within a day or two and is often followed by better sleep, more ease, and a sense of lightness.
Drinking water, resting when you can, and gentle movement (like walking or stretching) can help your body adapt and settle even more smoothly.

Your body was designed to heal, regulate, and create life — and your nervous system is what makes all of that possible. Chiropractic care focuses on restoring balance to your spine and nervous system, so your body can communicate clearly and function the way it’s meant to.
When there’s stress, tension, or misalignment in the spine, it can interfere with how your brain and body talk to each other. That can show up as hormone imbalances, irregular cycles, trouble ovulating, poor sleep, low energy, or even digestion issues — all of which play a role in your overall wellness and fertility.
By releasing that stored tension, chiropractic care helps your body shift out of “fight or flight” and into a calmer, more balanced “rest and repair” state. This allows your hormones to regulate more naturally, your cycles to become more predictable, and your body to feel safe and ready to conceive.
Many women also notice better mood, deeper sleep, improved digestion, and more connection to their body — because everything starts working with you, not against you.
